All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Return Procedure

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your defective or damaged product.
• Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return shipping address with you.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation received with the product.
• You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refund or Replacement

• After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement request.
• If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
• If a replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
